By fostering collaborative learning environments and connecting students with knowledgeable peers, the Center helps strengthen subject mastery, build confidence, and promote long-term academic success.
Peer Tutoring
The Peer Tutoring program, developed and directed by CDSSEC at Florida International University’s (FIU) College of Engineering and Computing (CEC), provides free academic support to CEC undergraduate students enrolled in upper-level engineering and construction management courses.
CDSSEC Scholarships
The FLAME Intro Micro-Scholarship is available to Florida International University (FIU) College of Engineering and Computing (CEC) undergraduate students who participated in the FLAME Dual Enrollment Program.
